Honest Lebanese attempt at Sex n The City - and in my opinion, better than the actual movie :) The bonding was more realistic - and the girls (esp Layale) were much better looking :D

The movie confused me a little about Lebanon though - I confess I do not know much of the cultural composition of Lebanon other than the fact that its the most forward of the Arabic states and it has a healthy mix of Muslim and Christian followers. The movie has quite a few dialogues in French and Christian names are liberally used ... hardly found anything arabic in the movie ...

But the highlight of the movie is Mimi - a crazy hag living across the street from the salon where the girls work. She gets generous screen time and talks such ridiculous things that she had the entire audience in splits :)
